Beauty and haircare should feel inclusive.
We aim to communicate responsibly and represent a broad range of people, ages, hair types and individual needs across our content, education and marketing. Our salon heritage also gives us direct contact with customers and helps us listen to people's real experiences, concerns and needs. We use those insights to inform how we communicate, develop products and improve the experience we provide.

Within our wider community
Our responsibility extends beyond the people who work for us.
We aim to work fairly and respectfully with our suppliers, retailers, professional partners, charities and other organisations, and to consider inclusion when making decisions about the businesses and communities we support.

We will review our policies, practices and communications regularly and consider where further action can make Moo & Yoo a more inclusive and responsible business.

Our JEDI commitment is approved and overseen by the Directors of Moo & Yoo Ltd and is reviewed at least annually.
