Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy – Moo & Yoo Ltd

We hope that you love your Moo & Yoo products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return them within 14 days of purchase.

Please email us at info@mooandyoo.com before sending your return so that we can provide you with the correct Returns Address and instructions.

Unless the products are damaged, faulty, or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them to us. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

We will process your refund as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after you provide us with evidence that the products have been sent back. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for your purchase.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packing your Moo & Yoo products, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received the returned items, we will offer you an exchange where possible or issue a full refund. In this case, we will cover the cost of return postage.


Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging, unless they are faulty. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
