A contract is only formed once we dispatch your items.

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT at 20 percent.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, and PayPal.
Payment is processed securely, and we do not store your card details.
6. Discounts, Promotions and Loyalty Rewards
Only one discount code or promotional offer can be used per order.
Discount codes, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards cannot be combined or used together unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Discounts do not apply to subscription purchases, which already include a built-in discount.
Moo & Yoo Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse the use of any discount or promotion at any time without prior notice.
7. Delivery
We currently ship within the UK only.
Delivery is free on orders over £30.
Orders under £30 are charged £3.95 for shipping.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail or DHL and may require a signature.
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, redelivery fees will apply.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days.
You must email us first for the returns address.
Unless the product is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days.
9. Resale Policy
Items purchased from our website are for personal use only.
Resale of our products is not permitted.
10. Ownership and Risk
Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received.
The risk passes to you upon delivery.
