Olivia grew up in her mum’s salon, surrounded by creativity and transformations, but her own eczema meant most products left her scalp sore and aggravated. Suzie, too, suffered from harsh salon formulas that left her hands cracked and painful. Their shared frustrations sparked the idea to create something different—luxury haircare that was gentle enough for sensitive skin yet powerful enough to deliver professional results.
